Some piccys
I take pics of anything i find interesting, heres a few. not the best pics as they taken on my phone, but they maybe have some thought behind em love it or hate it.
Some orses by my fav kite spot less than half a clik from the neuclear power station. the smokes in the background are'nt the power station. its out of view but damn close.
Some would argue this area is blighted by industry, wish i could show it all as theres a lot of storys attached to this i.e nuclear power/ghost ships(old warships/aircarft carriers being dismantled less than a mile away with asbestos apparently!) this spot by the industry is so happnin, you kiteboard on land and water while super tankers cruise by 300ft away.
My mates say druridge bay is better cos its untouched and kinda pretty. yet playing here is never boring. Guess i should post more about this place.

My fav toys at my fav spot.

Food is murder sometimes
Pizza

Pasta

My son sent me this

A tall ship in whitby, the one the dracula's coffin was taken from.
whitby is where bram stokers book began

This is the very basement of the hospital i work in, resident evil?
soon as i walked into this corridor i was just like wow it just has an air,
wish i had a better camera as this is such a spooky place and if there was ever ghosts they wud be here in the basement of this victorian hospital which is now being modernised.
Its where i work now but some parts of the buildings are really old listed buildings

One of my new builds, a graphical beast.

Great machine, AMD black edition does the damage for the price along with a 9800GTX+

Times of life
been doing a lot of kiting, kayak surfing :) and some skating when the time and people are right as i'm sick of being around children which are'nt my own.
It's been sooo good to go kite, surf with adults i.e. just men and women doing men and womens sports with adult attitudes and no shit.
I have that kite/landboard thing sussed now, it's like water skiing on land with your own engine and you can go as fast as your brave enough to go in the right wind conditions, gotta be hitting near 30mph or faster sometimes and have been loving my kayak surf sessions also.
Seems all this summertime fun will end soon as i'll be working full time but i have plans as my winter weekday hit will be climbing with the lads it seems at adventure sundeland (top folk)
Can't wait and the weekend will be busy!

Indy Team Tour
The UK indy team were at toon park this bank holiday.
Div Adams(nuff said), Ben raemers(ripper), Marc Munson and some other gnarley folk with faces i cant put to the names that were supposed to be there.
shame pritchard and dainton were'nt there, they either wussed out or had good disguises :)
no video unfortunatly but some pics to music although my little point and shoot camera aint the best when shooting guys who skate so fast.........

Nu Kite
At last a got a new kite, a Flexifoil Blade III 4 metre.
and its erm fun in light winds and really bloody dangerous when it nice and windy i.e. 20mph+ ive had this near 3 weeks now and tonite has been by far the best as i near killed mesel getting lofted 6ft off the floor and landing in a crumpled heap. Although nothing hurt but my pride and the locals have been giving me some tips.
i also tried a buggy again tonite and it was claaaaaass, loved it and want one and looks like i may get one next month after i get over paying for my new or well second hand landboard thats due to arrive in the next few days.

I'm sure there's some pain to be gained from this.
Me, lesley and harvey went to the lea's at marsden last sunday to fly kite's, me and lesley flew the kites and harvey did the barking, lesley took some pic's and footage which i cobbled together with a nice tune in windows movie maker first vid i ever made with movie maker although it toook longer to convert the files from 3gp to avi than it did to put the thing together. anyways....................

Tales from the pier wall
Here's some pics from 30.5.07 which i just got in this week at the pier wall outside roker harbour.
It's a great spot because as its so close to home and when it works it works good with a near perfect, uniform wave everytime in good conditions.
Me carving about.

Ferg dropping down a fair sized one.

Daz going for it.

Some bloke had stolen his ma's ironing board,
this is just a great photo.

More carverama.

Riding the green.

Nice one Pat for taking more pics!
While thinking of a title for this post, i at last remembered
'Tales from the Tube'
A magazine i found lying around at school when i was about 13 in art class and obviously have still not forgotten it until now.
The art work in this mag was so good by a guy called Rick Griffin who was also a leader in designing 60's psycedelic rock posters and album covers for the 'gratefuldead'.
Turns out mr griffin is some boy, google him to find the more secret truths in his life? as i'm not giving the full game away.
R.I.P. rick griffin.

Turns out in 1976 rick griffin toured europe with his art and did exhibitions in Amsterdam, London and sunderland.
hows about that then lol.
More on mr griffin!

Arcane

Went to see storm and klute last nite in newcastle in the attic of the students union, Ms storm was banging out all the latest metalheadz tunes and tommy withers was just a pro playing d-kay,skc and the like with clinical engineering. All the while there was all sorts going on downstairs in the other 4 roomz which were just boring in comparison to what was going on in the attic. then onto a party on osbourne rd in jesmond how those guys get away with that is just unreal.
Cheers Jo!
